Jesika has a great bedside manner. She has a way of instantly putting you at ease. She worked on me to help with my chocolate cravings and the results have been fantastic. I can walk by a bowl of chocolate and not feel the urge to pick up a piece. Even during times when I would normally crave chocolate, the urge is just not there. I am a 27 year old female that suffered from heart disease my whole life, and needed open heart surgery. I was paralyzed with fear and had an appointment with Jesika that took us through some brief exercises to alleviate this fear. I felt ok about the surgery after our appointment, but was still skeptical how I would react at the actual surgery. I remember it all clearly, and I felt fine: zen-like even. I was completely calm and even able to joke with the doctor about the surgery. Jesika helped me accomplish my goal and not let my fears deter me, which in this case saved my life.
